Our Focus


Managing our clients asset to maximise returns, is our primary focus. We do this through the selection of the right tenants from the onset, minimizing vacancies, zero tolerance for rent arrears and thorough routine inspections. At all times we treat people with respect and build clients for life.

 

Our Team


Ours is a husband and wife team. We do not have any additional employees eliminating frustrating employee turnover and costly errors. You will not have to re-explain instructions and nothing will be missed in transitioning staff.

 

Our Experience


We have over 20 years experience in the property industry, over 20 years experience as property investors, over 12 years experience in the property valuation industry and 10 years experience completing small residential subdivisions and renovations. All of this experience is harnessed to benefit our clients and their property portfolio.

 

Our Portfolio


Specialising in the western suburbs of Brisbane and Ipswich, the area that we live and we know, we have capped our portfolio to 100 properties, ensuring a high level of service to each of our clients. Comparatively, the industry normal is 150 – 200 properties per person over a broad geographical area and consequently, mistakes are made, short cuts are taken and high staff turnover results. 

 

Our Technology


Communication is key. With the latest property management software and technology on board our landlords and tenants are kept well informed at all times. Landlord and tenant clients have 24 hour access to information regarding their property and maintenance manager software. Allowing us to spend more time on your property and giving you complete peace of mind.

Can & Will Property offers a competitive and transparent fee structure. All fees are tax deductable.
